Dedicated to the memory of Graham Hay
This site is a tribute to Graham Hay. He is much loved and will always be remembered.
We'd like to send a heartfelt thank you to all of the people who donated to the British Heart Foundation in his memory. We have been touched by the incredibly moving messages which demonstrate just how much he impacted people's lives.
A plaque memorialising his life is now at Chelmsford Crematorium at a tree next to where his mum's ashes were laid to rest. If you'd like to know the details, please get in touch with a member of his family.
